Tracer is a mobile platform that lets investors trade directly on stock exchanges and markets — equities, futures and funds in a single app. I designed the product end-to-end: watchlists and real-time market data, equity detail with market depth and brokerage firm distribution, order flows, portfolio management, news and account.
Trading interfaces live or die by density and speed. The challenge was fitting real-time, data-heavy screens — depth tables, gainers and losers, portfolio breakdowns — into a mobile format that stays scannable, while keeping buy and sell actions always within reach without overwhelming new investors.
I built the information hierarchy around what traders check most: a fast watchlist as the home base, one-tap access from any symbol to its detail, depth and news, and strict color semantics for gains and losses. Order entry was reduced to a single, confident screen.
